These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between Soulstice Moon Consulting, LLC (“Company”) and you, the client. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Website and any of its products or services (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”).

By using this Website and/or purchasing Services, you agree to this Agreement.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Website.

​

By using this Website and agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

Products and Services – Refund Policy

​

Soulstice Moon Consulting, LLC undertakes astrological consultations with the understanding that there are no refunds.

​

Due diligence is always applied to any consultation and is as thorough as possible. Astrological consultations are based upon the data supplied by the client to the astrologer.

​

If the client has supplied incorrect data and wishes to have another reading, they must purchase a new appointment.

​

If the astrologer has made an error in chart calculation based on correctly supplied data, the consultation will be redone at no extra charge.

​

If a digital product is purchased with immediate download, no refund is given.

​

No refund is given for:

​

• Late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice)

• No-shows

• Arriving 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment
   

If a client wishes to reschedule after missing an appointment with no prior notification, late notification, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, they must purchase a new appointment in addition to the original payment.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice via email to info@soulsticemoon.com or through the contact page at www.soulsticemoon.com is required for all appointments to be rescheduled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Soulstice Moon Consulting, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity), however caused, under any theory of liability, including contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
