These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between Soulstice Moon Consulting, LLC (“Company”) and you, the client. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the website and any of its products or services (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”).
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
Products and Services – Refund Policy
Soulstice Moon undertakes astrological consultations with the understanding that there are no refunds. Due diligence is always applied to any consultation and is as thorough as possible. Astrological consultations are based upon the data supplied by the client to the astrologer. If the client has supplied the wrong data and wishes to have another reading, they will have to pay again for the astrologer’s time. If the astrologer has made an error with supplied data in chart calculation, then the consultation will be done again – for no extra charge. If a digital product is purchased with immediate download, NO REFUND is given. NO REFUND is given to late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice), no shows or showing up 15 minutes or later for a scheduled appointment. If a client wishes to reschedule if missed with no prior notification or late notification or more than 15 minutes late, they will then have to pay for a NEW appointment in addition to what was already paid.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice via email to info@soulsticemoon.com or through the contact page on www.soulsticemoon.com is required for all appointments to be rescheduled.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Website Operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for (a): any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if Website Operator has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages.
SOULSTICE MOON CONSULTING, LLC DOES NOT GIVE OUT ANY LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL DIRECTIVES OR ADVICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONCERNS, PLEASE SEE A LISENCED PROFESSIONAL FOR THESE MATTERS. SOULSTICE MOON ALSO DOES NOT DIAGNOSE OR TREAT ANY MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS. YOU, THE CLIENT AGREES TO NOT HOLD SOULSTICE MOON CONSULTING LLC LIABLE FOR ANY UNFORSEEN LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES.
